Community Rules
Present is for sharing event memories with people you invite. These rules apply to accounts, events, invite links, photos, captions, and other activity on Present.
Content that is not allowed
Do not post, request, promote, or facilitate child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, pornography, sexual services, trafficking, or other sexual exploitation.
Do not glorify, encourage, or instruct violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, dangerous acts, or credible threats of harm.
Do not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, demean, or target people with hateful content based on protected or personal characteristics.
Do not reveal private or confidential information, invade another person's privacy, or upload or share images without the authorization or rights needed to do so.
Do not use Present for illegal content or activity, infringement, fraud, impersonation, deceptive behavior, unsolicited promotion, repetitive posting, or spam.
Reporting and blocking
Use the in-app Report action when content or a participant may violate these rules. Include enough context for review without adding unnecessary personal information. A report is not automatically approved, and reported content can remain visible while it is pending administrator review.
Use blocking when you do not want to interact with or see activity from another account. Blocking and reporting are separate tools: blocking protects your experience, while reporting asks Present to review a possible rule violation.
Hosts and administrators
Event hosts can remove participants or content from events they control. Present administrators review formal reports and may remove content from user-facing queries while retaining the database record and private evidence needed for safety review.
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Present may dismiss a report, remove content or a participant, record an account warning, suspend access for a period, suspend access indefinitely, or terminate an account. A recorded warning does not mean that Present has delivered a warning message to the user.
Review, enforcement, and appeals
We consider the content, surrounding context, credible risk, repeated behavior, and the rights and safety of affected people. We may preserve limited private evidence and audit records to make and document a decision, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations.
If you believe an administrator decision was mistaken, email support@trypresent.app with the relevant report ID, the decision you want reviewed, and concise reasons. An appeal does not automatically reverse an action or restore access while review is pending.
