Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Present. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Using Present

You may use Present to create private events, invite guests, take photos, and view shared albums. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and invite links.

You must use Present lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload content that violates another person's rights, invades privacy, is abusive, or is otherwise unlawful.

Event content

You keep ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant Present the rights needed to host, process, display, reveal, download, and share that content within the product.

Only invite people who should have access to an event. Anyone with access to an event may be able to view or download album content when it is revealed.

Beta availability

Present may be offered as a beta or early-access product. Features may change, break, or be removed while we test and improve the service.

We may suspend access, remove content, or restrict accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service.

Disclaimers

Present is provided as is and as available. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage of every file.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Present is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
