Email us at support@trypresent.app. This mailbox is monitored for Present support and safety requests.

Tell us what happened, which feature or event is affected, what you expected, and the date and approximate time of the issue. If relevant, include the report ID shown in Present. Screenshots can help, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.

Use Present's in-app Report action to report content or participants. Reports are reviewed by administrators, and urgent safety concerns should be described clearly. Reported content can remain visible while review is pending; an administrator can remove it from user-facing areas after review.

Present is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger or needs urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service before contacting Present.

You can block an account in Present and manage blocked users from Settings. Blocking limits interaction and visibility for your account; it does not submit a report, so report harmful content separately when administrator review is needed.

Event hosts can remove participants and content from events they manage. If you cannot use those controls or the behavior affects the wider service, report it in the app and email support if more context is needed.

Account deletion starts inside Present under Settings. See Account Deletion for what is removed and the fallback for an inaccessible account.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, email support and identify the request. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting, but please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary and how to provide them safely.
