We use information to create events, let guests join private albums, store and reveal photos, support downloads, and provide customer support.

We use limited operational data to prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and protect the security of Present and its users.

Event photos and related activity are visible to people who have access to the same event or album. Invite links should only be shared with intended guests.

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and support, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We keep account, event, and photo data while your account is active or as needed to provide Present. You can request deletion as described on the account deletion page.

Some records may be retained temporarily where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
